We are seeking talented I&C Engineers at all experience levels, from early‑career professionals to principal engineers. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners, coordinate with diverse engineering teams, and ensure project success.
• Develop design studies and engineering calculations; prepare precise, error‑free drawings and analyses that exceed industry codes, standards, and client expectations.
• Attend project meetings, perform field walk‑downs, and mentor junior staff.
• Maintain expertise in industry codes, safety principles, and advanced design techniques, staying ahead in the dynamic nuclear sector.
• Deliver exceptional engineering solutions aligned with rigorous quality assurance programs.
• Build strong client connections through clear communication and professional engagement.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated, well-rounded designs that meet diverse project requirements.
• Engage on‑site with client personnel, ensuring all structures, systems, and components meet the highest engineering standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing electrical systems.
• Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial (chemical or pulp & paper), energy, and government (DOE) projects.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and effectively in teamwork settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• For federal contract roles, U.S. citizenship is required.
• Senior Engineers typically have 7 years of post‑graduate experience;
  Principal Engineers typically have 10 years.
• If you have less than 3 years of experience, consider early talent opportunities.

USD $90,000.00 – USD $ / Yr.
