Education & Experience:
An advanced degree and experience, a Ph.D. degree and about 10 years' experience. OR AMS degree and 12 years' experience. OR A BS degree and approximately 15 years' experience.
Top Skills & Years ofExperience:
- Considered an internal expert in area of expertise.
- Contributes to advancing knowledge in field of expertise through various avenues such as internal and external publications and professional society presentations.
- Can solve complex problems in field.
- Require having 15-20 years of design authority experience in the nuclear industry.
- Require having working knowledge of NEC, IES, NFPA, IEEE, ETAP, and OSHA requirements.
- Require having experience using software (preferably ETAP) to generate electrical system calculations.
- CLIENT Electrical Design Authority Engineering experience.
- Experience designing Lithium-Ion Battery System as redundant power.
- Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (L or Q) within the past two (2) years are preferred.
