- Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and Interfacing with support groups to develop web based applications. Modify applications developed at other sites to integrate with existing databases and applications. Design, implement and maintain internally developed web applications. May assist or supervise other software developers within a project or initiative. Provide training to other software developers on their products or to share with the group as a whole.

Present applications and designs to the development group for review and input. Build and maintain development and integration environments for development testing and collaboration needs. Create documents for technical approaches, technical specifications, and system designs. Review and understand customer requirements and specifications. Work with technical personnel to define production test plans. Estimate the effort required for software development activities.
