Engineering Support roles encompass a diverse range of positions that provide technical assistance and expertise to engineering teams across various disciplines. These roles may involve tasks such as conducting research, performing analyses, and assisting in the design and development of engineering projects. Engineering support professionals work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.

Engineering Support personnel provide diverse support essential to completion of Engineering work processes and operations in areas including program management, risk and cost savings process, staffing and forecasting, training, indirect budget management, subcontract support oversight, engineering documents processing, procedure and desktop development, and performance of assessments. This support requires proficiency and use of engineering and professional software systems that interface with these processes.
