We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and serve our patients in the Aiken area. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed therapists in delivering exceptional care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete visits in patients’ homes within the designated service area.
• Assist licensed therapists in delivering care to homebound patients.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
