Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Full-Time or Part-Time

Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families? Pediatric Therapy Associates in Aiken, SC is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated therapist to join our growing team.
Our practice focuses on providing developmental experiences and learning opportunities to children ages 0 to 21, using a curriculum-based assessment model that prioritizes each child’s unique values, culture, and daily life. We work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to help each child reach their highest level of independence and function.

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM;
Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM - Competitive Compensation:

- Assess and evaluate pediatric patients to develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver creative, effective interventions to support functional independence
- Implement therapeutic activities focused on sensory-motor development, ADLs, fine motor skills, and social interaction
- Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure continuity of care and carryover at home
- Document all services accurately and maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and respectful clinical environment
- Stay current on occupational therapy practices, trends, and continuing education
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for licensure in South Carolina)
- Experience in pediatrics is preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a team setting
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
