Join JG Management Systems (JGMS) as a Kahua Automation Specialist. This on‑site role offers some remote flexibility.

Position Summary

This position performs systems analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, and modification of workflow systems, specifically the enterprise EPC workflow system Kahua. The role exercises discretion and judgment and supports workflow‑related IT projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain critical planning, monitoring, and reporting processes and required documentation for timely project coordination and completion.
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and align software solutions with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate, direct, and lead project status meetings, confirm milestones, and ensure goals are achieved.
  • Assist in design, testing, and deployment of workflow development software projects, contributing to successful execution of projects within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Contribute to the development and coding of enterprise‑level software applications.
  • Participate with cross‑functional team members in issue identification, process impacts, and solution development discussions to optimize end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to enterprise application development.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates on project progress, escalating complex problems to higher‑level specialists, and seeking guidance when needed.
  • Maintain documentation related to software development, including coding standards, procedures, and user manuals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in software development.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance software applications.
  • Participate in training programs and collaborative knowledge‑sharing activities within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations, such as data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
  • Adhere to and support Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
Requirements
  • Accredited four (4) year degree in an applicable field and five (5) years of work‑related experience, or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nine (9) years if non‑degreed.
  • Experience in the development and deployment of complex workflows for large projects preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
  • Job‑related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a time‑conscious and time‑effective manner.
Security Clearance

The ability to obtain and maintain a DOE/DoD Security Clearance – Secret, Top Secret, L or Q is required.

Background Check and Screening

A pre‑employment drug screening and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, law enforcement records, and employment/education verification is required.
