Dialysis Registered Nurse Eligible

Dialysis Registered Nurse - Bonus Eligible Up To $10,000

Join us at U.S. Renal Care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Dialysis Department. You will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to care for patients living with kidney disease.

As an RN, you will provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment for patients. You will conduct physical assessments, monitor patients during treatment, administer medications, and complete monthly medication profile reviews.

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments.
• Document physical assessments pre- and post-treatment.
• Monitor patient status throughout treatment and address any complications.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
• Assist with and supervise PCTs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with staffing ratio regulations and facility policies.
• Attend required training and continuing education.

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.
• Preferred: at least one year of current nursing experience.
• Preferred: previous dialysis nursing experience.
