Aiken Physicians Alliance ()
Independence Physician Management (IPM), a subsidiary of UHS, was formed in 2012 as the physician services unit of UHS. IPM develops and manages multi‑specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics which align with UHS acute care facilities. It also provides select services for the Behavioral Health division of UHS. Through continuing growth, IPM operates in 11 markets across six states and the District of Columbia.

The nursing supervisor’s role is to work with and support a 7‑8 cardiology provider practice. The nursing supervisor will assist the practice administrator in the provision of quality patient care and service excellence by daily handling supervision of clinical activities of the practice to include: nurse triage, supervision and leadership of nursing (MA/LPN) staff, scheduling/assigning staff and monitoring their activities, assist with recruitment, training and onboarding of new personnel, engage in patient service recovery, clinical policy and workflow creation and performance of clinical competencies.
The nursing supervisor will also provide backup for practice MA/LPNs as needed. Must maintain current state RN licensure and CPR certification.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Licensure, Training & Travel Requirements (if applicable):
- Education:
Licensed RN in current state with a BSN or ASN. Must have CPR. - Work experience:
1‑3 years in nursing, healthcare, hospital or practice environment. - Knowledge:
Office, medical practice nursing, including procedure experience. Cardiology experience preferable.
