LPN Opportunity – Cardiac Unit, Full‑time Nights
Location: Aiken, South Carolina.
Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000
Aiken Regional Medical Centers is a 273‑bed acute care facility that has served the community since 1917. The Cardiac Unit is a high‑volume unit recognized for excellence in care of heart attack, heart failure, stroke, and coronary artery disease patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Deliver psychosocial support to patients and families.
- Assist with patient teaching regarding medications and self‑care.
- Administer medications and related treatments.
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Experience: Prefer one year full‑time or three years part‑time experience in an acute‑care setting; new graduates are encouraged to apply in the final semester.
- License: Current South Carolina LPN license.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (upon hire); CPI (within 6 months).
