Receiving Inspection - Quality Inspector

Base pay range: $20.40/hr - $25.40/hr

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.

Provides Quality Assurance Support to Production Teams. Works with limited direct supervision. Performs inspections such as dimensional, visual, surface roughness, and paint thickness covering machined and non‑machined items, subassemblies, assembly, fabrication, and complete systems. Verifies conformance with product specifications and performs other plant duties as assigned.

• Perform inspections against product specifications.
• Read and interpret 2D/3D blueprints and apply inspection criteria.
• Use precision measuring equipment such as surface plate, height gauge, digital calipers, 6" FARO arm, ring gauges, pin gauges, etc.
• Enter non‑conforming material into master log; use TipQA, Oracle, and EFIR systems.
• Perform basic data entry using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Apply a quality mindset with attention to detail and written requirements.
• Read and understand decimal system and fraction tables for disposition.
• Interpret welding symbols and weld drawings.

• Minimum 2 years in a Quality Inspection / Quality Auditor role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• W2 employee status and US citizenship or permanent residency.
