Base Pay Range

$19.00/hr – $32.00/hr

Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation: Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium compensation ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances.

Meat/Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
