Stretch Zone Aiken is seeking a social, dynamic and energetic individual with strong marketing and sales experience with a track record of success to manage the Stretch Zone studio in Aiken, SC. Experience in the fitness and/or wellness industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with a membership based sales model is helpful. The selected applicant will have creative ideas, strong follow-up and will be comfortable reaching out to the Aiken community to build collaborations - all to support growth.

• Develop business collaborations, plan off-site events and studio programs to introduce potential clients to the benefits of practitioner assisted stretching (Lead Development).
• Lead and grow internal sales by introducing potential clients to Stretch Zone methods and presenting them with a stretch program suitable and tailored to their needs (Converting Leads to Memberships).
• Provide training and development to Sales Associates to increase studio membership.
• Serve the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service and assure individualized and effective practitioner-assisted stretching consistent with their individualized program protocols (Quality Control).
• Manages the studio staff to:
• maintain studio hours and assure effective time utilization of staff,
• meet studio sales KPIs,
• provide excellent client service to support client retention,
• assure staff compliance with Stretch Zone stretch protocols and the team member hand book,
• provide or arrange team member training as and when needed or required by Stretch Zone corporate, and
• maintain a clean, inviting and safe premises.
• Drive studio culture and support team-member retention.
• Support expense management and provide regular reporting to studio ownership.
• Maintain current familiarity with all Stretch Zone systems used in the studio operations.
• Perform and manage the studio team to affect all required operational tasks such as tracking swag inventory, stocking studio requirements, managing the front desk (taking payments, executing membership agreements, confirming appointments, etc.).

• Strong marketing and sales experience with a track record of success; familiarity with a membership-based sales model is helpful.
• Experience in the fitness and/or wellness industry is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Excel is required; adept at basic computer functions and learning new programs.
• Excellent customer service and ability to lead a team.

• Compensation of $33,000 to $52,000 with salary based on experience and success-based commissions and merit bonus opportunities.
