Responsible for marketing, promoting and profitably selling products and services to existing and potential customers.

• 1. Develop relationship with customers to ascertain and meet their needs / requirements
• 2. Seeks out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• 3. Completes sales call and expense reports on a timely basis in accordance with company policy.
• 4. Provides customers with accurate and timely proposals / estimates
• 5. Follows-up on all generated quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and to document the outcome of the proposed solution.
• 6. Generate profitable sales orders.
• 7. Ability to negotiate a sale
• 8. Understand and continuously self-educate on products and market
• 9. Develop relationships with vendors to ascertain product knowledge, information and appropriate pricing
• 10. Manage customer orders from start to finish Includes aspects such as establishing customer accounts, making sure products arrive on time, invoicing, etc.
• 11. Stay current on existing and emerging product and technologies.
• 12. Develops an effective and productive working relationship with Inside Sales Associates and support personnel; encourages and assists in their training and development when possible.
• 13. Executes sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company.
• 14. Maintains a professional/working image in self and work environment including vehicle.
• 15. Fulfills customer needs for current literature, catalogs, product pricing, etc.
• 16. Assists customers with problem solving, takeoffs, project layout/design and in pricing bills of material and project management.
• 17. Reports competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management.
• 18. Participates in other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager

• 1. High School Graduate
• 2. A valid driver's license, insurance and proven safe driving record.
• 3. Prefer 1 Year Inside Sales (preferably in pipe & fittings)
• 4. Prefer Bachelor's degree in sales or closely related field sales and industry experience; or equivalent combined education and on the job experience.
• 5. Proficient in M.S. Office software package (emphasis on Excel)
• 6. Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, photocopiers, facsimile machines and printers
• 7. Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to multitask
• 8. Excellent phone etiquette
• 9. Travel Required
• 10. Critical thinking / problem solving skills
• 11. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• 12. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including sales presentations, demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment.
• 13. Developed knowledge of the industry within a given market.
• 14. Conveys a professional and positive image and attitude regarding US Fusion
