This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aiken, SC, for a New Home Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for guiding clients through the home-building process, including understanding their needs, presenting them with options, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining relationships with potential customers, communicating key aspects of the building process, and achieving sales goals.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

• Sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and maintain lasting relationships
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to understand construction processes and explain them to prospective clients
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage leads and sales goals efficiently
• Proficiency with CRM software or similar sales tools is preferred
• Prior experience with inside/outside sales is required, construction sales or commission based sales is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
