• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions
• Follow written and verbal directives
• Stand or walk constantly (for multiple hours, up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet, grass, dirt)
• Monitor security cameras
• Public relations and awareness; deal tactfully with the public
• Assist in investigations concerning loss or damage of client property
• Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure, and other directives
• Obtain statements in detail, write reports, interview, observe and document information in a professional manner

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Ability to work all shifts
• Ability to understand, interpret and follow rules, instructions and lawful orders
• Ability to cope with stressful work situations
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Ability to detect safety hazards within the building and communicate with appropriate staff, as well as follow all mandated safety requirements
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain a guard license
