Equipment Operator (Operator)

• Drive and operate heavy equipment.
• Assume responsibility for proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform pre and post safety checklists.
• Observe and obey all
  traffic laws in the operation of assigned company vehicle.
• Operate loaders, excavators, dozer (material handling/grading).
• Experience with hydraulic sheers, screeners and hoe-rams.
• Maintaining and operating various types of heavy
  construction and demolition equipment such as dozers, excavators, backhoes, loaders, rollers/compactors, trenchers, trucks/tractor
• Forklifts in a safe and efficient manner and adjust equipment as necessary.
• This position will perform other field related functions as assigned by
  superintendent or foreman.

Must have current Operators License. Clean driving record. 5 years of general civil construction experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. May assist other craft workers.

• Must be able to physically navigate construction sites.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
