At MNP, you’ll take the lead in our Assurance & Accounting team, guiding client-facing engagements and ensuring audits and compliance tax work are executed flawlessly. With 4 to 6 years of public accounting experience, you’ll bring in-depth industry knowledge and strong management skills to understand clients’ unique needs. Mentorship and leadership will be key as you develop your team while contributing to business development and networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit and compliance engagements to meet client needs

• Deliver high-quality reports and impactful presentations

• Manage client portfolios and relationship growth

• Oversee engagement planning, budgets, and financials

• Network in the business community and develop proposals

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant public accounting experience

• Strong understanding of accounting and business principles

• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills

• Ability to mentor and coach team members

• Willingness to travel as necessary
