Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll processing activities to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Oversee year-end activities, including T4 and benefit reconciliations
• Validate payroll calculations and conduct quality audits
• Tackle complex payroll issues effectively
• Serve as a resource for Payroll Advisors and Specialists
Requirements:
• PCP designation is mandatory
• Minimum 5-7 years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Advanced understanding of payroll systems and legislation
• Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office
• Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
