This Accountant works closely with the Controller and Operations team. Responsibilities include posting vehicle deals, reconciling factory receivables, warranty and floorplan schedules, and maintaining accounting records. The position also supports commissions, financial statements, and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Post new, used, wholesale, trade, and fleet vehicle deals
Maintain accurate, current schedules and financial data
Reconcile factory program funds with vehicle sales
Post vehicle invoices into CDK
Calculate commissions and maintain sales-related schedules
Requirements:
Dealership accounting experience, support experience, or accounting graduation
Excel proficiency building, maintaining, and reconciling spreadsheets
Ability to process paperwork accurately and on time
Professional attitude supporting effective team collaboration
Flexibility handling files across multiple departments
Support Go Auto dealership operations through accurate accounting, CDK invoicing, Excel reconciliations, and dependable financial reporting assistance.
