• Prioritize and manage administrative tasks effectively

• Coordinate flight and logistics arrangements for new employees

• Manage personnel data including training in Roster Management

• Regulate compliance data through various management portals

• Support financial tasks such as PO creation and invoice generation

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant administrative experience is required

• Background in Oil and Gas is a plus

• Excellent communication in both verbal and written forms

• Strong emphasis on detail and time management
