Our engineering firm is hiring an Administrative Assistant to handle front desk responsibilities and administrative support. Candidates should have two or more years of office experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The role involves juggling multiple tasks, maintaining office organization, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors to the office
• Manage incoming calls and visitor inquiries
• Ensure mail is distributed correctly and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and supplies in common areas
• Handle travel bookings and meeting arrangements
Requirements:
• High School Diploma and Office Administration qualification preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and PDF tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
