In this diverse and engaging position, you will work closely with the General Manager, ensuring smooth operations through effective communication and coordination between departments. You'll handle inquiries, manage documentation, and contribute to community events while fostering a welcoming reception environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone and electronic queries promptly

• Prepare itineraries and documents for GM travel

• Review company Master Card statements for approval

• Train reception staff and maintain procedure manuals

• Assist with onboarding paperwork for new employees

Requirements:

• Proven administrative experience in a busy setting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and people skills

• Excellent organizational abilities and confidentiality
