Service Advisor Junior at Automotive Dealership

Take on the role of Junior Service Advisor, bridging the gap between our customers and the dealership’s Service Department. Focus on documenting service requests and ensuring high-quality repairs while delivering outstanding service.

This full-time position offers an opportunity to thrive in a busy automotive environment from Tuesday to Saturday. You will engage with customers, prepare service estimates, and communicate effectively with technicians. An eye for detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers promptly, documenting their concerns clearly

• Generate repair orders in compliance with dealership and OEM standards

• Discuss recommended services and timelines with customers

• Work closely with technicians for accurate diagnosis and repairs

• Update customers throughout the service process for transparency

Requirements:

• Background in automotive or related customer service roles

• Understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes

• Exceptional communication and relationship skills

• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record
