This full-time position offers an opportunity to thrive in a busy automotive environment from Tuesday to Saturday. You will engage with customers, prepare service estimates, and communicate effectively with technicians. An eye for detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers promptly, documenting their concerns clearly
• Generate repair orders in compliance with dealership and OEM standards
• Discuss recommended services and timelines with customers
• Work closely with technicians for accurate diagnosis and repairs
• Update customers throughout the service process for transparency
Requirements:
• Background in automotive or related customer service roles
• Understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Exceptional communication and relationship skills
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record
