As an Estimator at ACX Airdrie, you’ll assess vehicle damage and develop accurate repair cost estimates.
Your role involves closely collaborating with clients, inspecting vehicles for damage, and overseeing the repair process to maintain high-quality standards. You'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client expectations are met throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as client contact throughout the repair process
• Evaluate damage and write comprehensive repair estimates
• Inspect vehicles for quality control during repairs
• Communicate repair plans and updates to clients
• Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and industry standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Collision Centre Estimator role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented and organized with time management
• Proficient in MS Office and standard office software
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
