Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Workhub portals and onboarding databases

• Draft and update HSE policies and compliance documents

• Develop training content for clients and internal teams

• Analyze client HSE data and monitor compliance

• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and special project support

Requirements:

• 3+ years in HSE coordination or admin roles

• Proficient in MS Office and other tools

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• High attention to detail in documentation

• Flexibility to adjust schedule based on client needs
