Elevate client engagement as a Dynamic Account Manager . This role involves strategic project management and a strong emphasis on e-commerce client support and success.
You will play a pivotal role in the Customer Success team, overseeing the onboarding of new clients and facilitating their journey on our e-commerce platform. This position requires robust communication skills and a proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, ensuring each client maximizes their experience and returns on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Nurture and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Ensure smooth onboarding through timely tech and database setups
• Lead introductory and quarterly review calls with clients
• Design onboarding plans in collaboration with clients
• Prepare comprehensive reports to influence client actions
Requirements:
• Proven customer support experience in a related role
• Effective communicator with excellent listening skills
• Knowledge in CRM systems and practices
• Experience thriving in an Agile, fast-paced workplace
• Ability to work independently with initiative
