We are expanding our team to support enterprise clients and seeking a student who is organized, friendly, and confident on calls.
Role OverviewThe Onboarding Coordinator will schedule and conduct demo calls with enterprise clients, ensuring they understand the platform and have a smooth onboarding experience. You will act as one of the first touchpoints for clients, making this role central to strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule demo calls with property managers, universities, and partner organizations
- Host onboarding and walkthrough sessions with clients
- Prepare follow up emails, guides, and action steps after each call
- Document questions, feedback, and requests for the product team
- Maintain organized calendars and communication records
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking with professionals
- Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
- Interest in startups and customer engagement
- Stipend and paid internship opportunities
- Real experience speaking with enterprise clients
- Training on product demos and client communication
- Role in a supportive and collaborative environment
