Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Seasonal

We are hiring full‑time seasonal bilingual customer service representatives to support our RV rental operations.

Location:

Airdrie, Alberta. Seasonal period:
April 2026 – September 2026.

• Meet and greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Provide RV rental information and guidance.
• Walk customers through paperwork at pick‑up and drop‑off.
• Demonstrate RV features (truck campers and motorhomes) at pick‑up.
• Check in returning RVs and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Assist other departments as needed.

• Fluent in English and German or Dutch.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and hard‑working.
• Energetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and comfortable working with an international clientele.
• Able to work weekends and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented, with a desire to help make customers’ vacation dreams come true.
