This role supports BMO's mission to provide an exceptional client experience. You will identify customer needs, facilitate referrals, and assist with banking transactions. Help customers navigate digital banking options, manage cash transactions, and elevate their overall experience while contributing to branch goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and initiate referrals to colleagues
• Support banking services through transactions and inquiries
• Welcome customers warmly and meet service needs smoothly
• Offer advice on digital banking and self-serve options
• Review customer profiles to engage in needs-based conversations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or related certification preferred
• High knowledge of personal and commercial banking offers
• Confident with social media and digital tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for building customer rapport
• Resourceful self-starter eager to assist customers
