Become a key part of EECOL as a Customer Service Representative, resolving inquiries via phone and email. Help enhance customer experiences with your skills.
In this full-time position, you will manage account inquiries, support payment processing, and provide solutions to both simple and complex problems.
Your role as a Customer Service Representative requires 2-4 years of relevant experience and excellent communication abilities. You will also provide back-up support to the sales counter and ensure a smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, addressing concerns and complaints
• Process payments efficiently for customers
• Research and resolve issues with appropriate departments
• Serve as back-up support at the sales counter
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent needed
• 2-4 years of relevant customer service experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Competence in MS Word, Excel and email
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
