As a Receptionist, you will report directly to the General Manager and be at the forefront of customer interaction. Responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing the reception area while supporting the dealership's operational needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors promptly

• Handle phone calls in a courteous manner

• Use a multi-line phone system for efficient call management

• Coordinate courier services and manage supply orders

• Maintain a neat and friendly reception environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with filing and basic database systems
