Dental Receptionist South Smiles

Position: Full Time Dental Receptionist South Smiles
South Airdrie Smiles team is looking for a full-time Dental Admin with at least 2 years of experience to join our family.
We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our patients. The ideal candidate would be able to communicate effectively with patients and work collaboratively with all team members in our fast paced office.
Responsibilities   Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and manage incoming calls
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Verify insurance information, submit claims and process payments
Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
Assist with billing and coding procedures
Handle electronic dental/medical records accurately
Skills   Prior work experience in a dental office; experience with appointment scheduling, patient billing, and insurance processing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Strong administrative skills for front desk duties (attention to detail)
Previous experience using Curve Hero software is a plus
Job Types  Full‑time, Permanent
Pay  $25.00‑$33.00 per hour
