Step into a leadership role as a Senior Interior Designer within a respected Calgary interiors firm. Manage influential projects in corporate and healthcare design while mentoring junior talent.

This Calgary practice is dedicated to creating exceptional interiors focused on the corporate and healthcare sectors. As Senior Interior Designer, you will manage projects from client engagement to handover while supervising one or two designers. With a supportive environment, you'll have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and shape the future of the practice as it expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design process from initial concept to execution

• Guide project designers in day-to-day tasks and responsibilities

• Engage with clients, managing expectations and project details

• Deliver high-quality corporate and healthcare interior designs

• Report to Calgary Principal on project timelines and progress

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in corporate or healthcare design

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture is ideal

• Proactive attitude with strong client engagement

• NCIDQ certification is preferred but not essential
