The Opportunity

RVS invites you to apply for a full‑time (1.0 FTE) High School Math teaching position at Bert Church High School, starting January 28, 2026 until June 30, 2026. This position is not open to those holding a Continuing Teaching contract with RVS.

Bert Church High School is located in the City of Airdrie and serves students from grades 10‑12.

Pre‑employment Requirements

• Applicants must provide a professional letter of reference, attached to the job application, from their most recent supervisor, relevant to the job opportunity, written on company letterhead, signed and dated within the past 18 months.
• Applicants must possess or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate. To be eligible you must have applied for initial certification with Alberta Education.
• New/Recent Graduates Only:
  In lieu of a reference letter please submit your final practicum report.
• The successful candidate must submit a current Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check within 30 days of the start of employment.
