We are seeking a motivated and qualified Training Content Developer & Trainer to support the design, development, and delivery of training programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure course materials remain relevant, compliant, and effective, while delivering engaging training sessions to adult learners.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance course content and training programmes in collaboration with internal teams to meet organisational learning objectives.

Review, update, and amend course materials periodically to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with regulatory or funding requirements.

Deliver practical and theory-based training sessions aligned with assigned qualifications and professional experience to engage adult learners effectively.

Prepare and maintain training materials and documentation to support seamless training delivery and compliance tracking.

Coordinate training administration and documentation tasks to ensure efficient programme management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align training content with organisational needs and industry standards.

Perform ad‑hoc duties related to training and operations as assigned by the supervisor to support continuous improvement.

Required competencies and certifications

DDDLP / ACLP 2.0 qualification or equivalent recognised adult learning certification.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum of 5 years relevant industry work and/or training experience.

Experience in course development, training delivery, or adult education specifically in food safety.

Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions tailored to adult learners.

Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
