This temporary full‑time teacher position focuses on supporting Indigenous students through a Grad Coach model, building strong, respectful relationships to promote credit attainment, consistent attendance, overall school success, and on‑time graduation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with students, families, school staff, and community partners to provide responsive and culturally affirming supports. This position is a Gateway Teacher within the provincially funded Invitational Shared Services Initiatives (ISSI) program.

• Providing individualized academic coaching and goal‑setting for Indigenous students
• Monitoring and supporting student progress toward graduation
• Strengthening attendance and engagement through proactive outreach
• Collaborating with classroom teachers, school teams, and community partners
• Supporting culturally responsive practices and inclusive learning environments
