As a Behavioural Support Coach, you will provide individualized support and intervention strategies for students struggling with social-emotional challenges. Your expertise will empower teachers and support staff to implement effective behavioral plans and develop comprehensive learning strategies tailored to each student’s needs. This position demands collaboration and assessment skills to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized support and intervention for students
• Coach educators on behavior management strategies
• Create data-driven intervention plans
• Contribute to students’ Individualized Program Plans
• Perform functional behavioral assessments regularly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or education
• Specialized training in inclusive student support
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Ability to foster team collaboration and communication
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
