Rocky View Schools is seeking a dedicated Psychologist to begin full-time work, starting August 25, 2026. This position focuses on providing psychoeducation, assessment, and consultation to support students' mental health and educational success. Collaborate with school teams and families to create inclusive settings that facilitate meaningful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' needs
• Develop multi-tiered programs for diverse student requirements
• Advocate for evidence-based mental health strategies
• Liaise with community resources for additional support
• Facilitate workshops and training for staff
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Educational Psychology
• Registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with complex needs children
• Ability to travel between RVS sites
• Strong communication and consultation skills
