As a Lead Instructor located in Airdrie, AB, you will manage STEM-based sessions while promoting teamwork and critical thinking among children. Your responsibilities will include preparing lesson plans, overseeing classroom activities, and ensuring a safe, interactive learning environment. Use your passion for education to influence future engineers!
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct STEM-based sessions for young learners
• Prepare engaging lesson plans and activities
• Oversee classroom management and safety
• Inspire creativity through hands-on projects
• Work collaboratively with educational team members
Requirements:
• Experience in teaching or mentoring children
• Effective communication and management skills
• Background in STEM or related fields preferred
• Organized with strong time-management abilities
• Must undergo Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
