Beginning August 27, 2026, this full-time specialist role focuses on aiding teachers with literacy, numeracy, and social emotional learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will embrace collaborative efforts and have a solid understanding of inclusive education. Fluency in English and French is a hiring requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support targeted literacy and numeracy interventions in schools

• Assist in implementing RVS Literacy and Numeracy Framework

• Collaborate with educators on inclusive instruction

• Plan and lead staff professional learning sessions

• Utilize data for informed planning and instruction

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recent classroom teaching experience

• Experience in inclusive education settings K-12

• Understanding of educational policies and procedures

• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office

• Eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate
