Position: Part-Time Science Instructor at ACA At-Home
Make a difference in students' lives as a part-time Science Instructor with ACA At-Home in Edmonton. Teach enriching classes for grades 1-9 every Thursday.

As a 0.15 FTE instructor, you will facilitate Science learning in an inclusive at-home education program. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a current Alberta Teaching Certificate, exhibiting a passionate and professional demeanor. Key qualifications include creativity and a commitment to the school's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver engaging Science lessons

• Assess and report on student academic performance

• Collaborate with parents on student development

• Take part in planning community events

• Foster respectful and supportive relationships with students

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education degree required

• Must hold a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate

• Teaching experience in elementary Science is a plus

• Proficiency in Google Suite is advantageous

• Strong commitment to the school’s values
