Position: Part-Time Child Development Advisor Role
Join Rocky View Schools as a part-time Child Development Advisor in Airdrie. Assist in creating inclusive educational experiences for K-5 students through supportive programs.

Rocky View Schools invites applications for a Child Development Advisor to start on August 27, 2026, at Nose Creek Elementary. In this role, you will lead initiatives that help students with challenges access a thriving school life. Your collaborative approach will engage with staff and families to improve students' self-esteem and social skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop inclusive programs fostering a caring learning environment

• Work with the administrative team to implement behavioral plans

• Observe classrooms to support student behavior planning

• Conduct sessions to reinforce social and academic skills

• Connect families with community support services

Requirements:

• Diploma in social work, psychology, or related field

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work or Psychology

• 1-3 years experience in inclusive education settings

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Skilled in teamwork and independent work
