Join ACA At-Home in Airdrie as a Full-Time Science Teacher. This dynamic position offers a blend of online and in-person instruction to engage students in high school and Grade 9 Science.
This role encompasses multiple teaching modes to align with ACA's Hybrid High School model, catering to diverse educational needs while upholding Christian values. You’ll create a positive learning atmosphere, interact directly with students, and participate actively in school events and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with staff to implement educational policies
• Create engaging lessons and assessments
• Report on student progress to parents and staff
• Plan community-focused educational events
• Build relationships with students and families
Requirements:
• Must hold a Bachelor of Education degree
• Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate required
• Background in secondary teaching preferred
• Experience with digital learning platforms
• Strong Christian principles in the educational setting
