In this Montessori Educator role, you'll craft tailored learning experiences that meet the unique needs of each child. Your primary responsibilities will include developing educational programs, maintaining a stimulating classroom environment, and partnering with families to discuss individual children’s progress. Collaboration with team members and active engagement in professional development will also be key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Montessori educational programming

• Create and sustain an inspiring learning environment

• Regularly assess child progress and communicate updates

• Form collaborative relationships with families and colleagues

• Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 Early Childhood Education plus

B.Ed. or equivalent

• Montessori diploma with pedagogical experience is an asset

• Compliance with local childcare employment regulations

• Valid First Aid and infant CPR certification

• Health assessment and vaccination required
