In this pivotal position within the Learning Design & Enablement team, you'll craft impactful training materials that enhance client understanding of our software solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while reworking existing content into compelling training activities that facilitate smooth client onboarding and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create innovative training experiences for clients
• Support clients through their implementation journeys
• Rework existing materials into effective training content
• Develop onboarding materials for new SpryPoint team members
• Participate in team brainstorming for e-learning projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in developing training materials
• Specialization in instructional design for adults
• Extensive use of Adobe products and training tools
• Proficient in Articulate Rise and LMS platforms
• Interest in leveraging AI tools in digital learning
