Rocky View Schools is hiring two Learning Assistants for full-time roles at Meadowbrook School. You will work closely with students facing challenges and adapt educational programs to meet their needs. This position requires participation in planning efforts and data observation to ensure effective behavioral support for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support guided by individualized learning plans

• Reinforce teacher-directed strategies for student engagement

• Document behavioral data for positive intervention planning

• Attend collaborative meetings to enhance student assistance

• Help prepare educational materials under teacher's guidance

Requirements:

• Educational Assistant Certificate or equivalent

• Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred

• CPR/First Aid certification advantageous

• Ability to work in high-stress situations

• Effective team collaboration and communication skills
