Position: Full-Time High School Teacher at RVS

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of five years in a classroom setting and a background in Learning Supports or Literacy. This role includes implementing Universal Design for Learning and supporting the academic progress of all students through targeted planning and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Universal Design for Learning in classrooms

• Develop Individualized Program Plans for diverse learners

• Provide complex behavioral supports as needed

• Advocate for students through data and assessments

• Collaborate with staff to improve instructional strategies

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of teaching experience required

• Specialized background in Inclusive Education preferred

• Experience working with English language learners beneficial

• Skills in Literacy or Numeracy Coaching appreciated

• Must qualify for Alberta Teaching Certificate
