This full-time role involves 30 hours per week and starts immediately until June 29, 2027. You will provide assistance to students with complex needs and collaborate with teachers on individualized learning plans. Your contributions will focus on enhancing student independence and emotional regulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored assistance to students with diverse needs

• Support implementations of individualized student plans

• Document behavioral observations for ongoing support

• Participate in collaborative planning sessions

• Prepare materials aligned with student programs

Requirements:

• Educational Assistant Certification or similar qualifications

• Proven experience with challenging student behaviors

• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff
