Position: Full-Time Construction Teacher at RVS
Elevate student learning at RVS as a High School Mechanics and Construction Teacher at W.H. Croxford High School. Teach grades 10-12 and foster an engaging educational atmosphere.

Rocky View Schools is looking for a passionate educator to start immediately in a full-time teaching role. Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate and are committed to promoting a culture of safety and inclusivity in the classroom while advancing students’ knowledge in mechanics and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in mechanics and construction principles

• Design and implement innovative lesson plans

• Assess student learning and progress regularly

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities

Requirements:

• Eligible for a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate

• Recent professional reference or practicum report required

• Background knowledge in mechanics and construction fields

• Successful Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check

• Dedication to RVS educational goals and values
